Improved handling of key commands on non-US keyboards (Windows only).
Better correlation between key command names in Nuendo and in the plugin (unfortunately only in English).
The possibility to enable extended logging is now exposed in the button editor (as a global setting affecting all plugin buttons).
Midi port names can now be changes.
